Eyes give us one of the five senses. They are as important as any other body part. They help us see the world, the colors, the beauty and happenings around us. That is what is meant by eyes generally. But is that all? I don’t think so. Apart from many of the uses I have cited, eyes are far more significant. They have a deeper meaning to them. Eyes speak. They say a lot. If you are happy, they will shine. If you are sad, they will cry. If you are angry, they will turn red. If you are content, your eyes say it all. They are the representatives of our feelings. They tell everybody how we feel. If you want to know somebody’s state of mind see into his eyes. They will say it all.

It becomes very hard to lie sometimes, because the tongue may lie but the eyes cannot. They always speak the truth. It is often seen, when somebody lies, he tries not to see into the other person’s eyes, he tries to look away. The reason is that he is afraid his eyes would not match his words. And it is true; you can easily catch a lie by the unforgiving eyes. Often, we can know about people’s personality and nature by seeing the eyes. I can always tell that some person is very naughty, fun loving and mischievous. Such people have got smiling eyes; there is a different sort of expression in them. A very thoughtful person has got deep eyes. It seems as if they are saying something all the time. You might get lost in the unfathomable depth of those eyes. People who have been through hardships have sad eyes. You can often see it.

Eyes are a very important factor in adding beauty to a person’s face. They adorn the face. Most of the times, the most sought after quality in a person’s face is beautiful eyes. Happy eyes define beautiful eyes for me. It might be different for different people. A happy person inside out is surely the most beautiful.

Often big eyes are liked by people. Eye color is also an important factor. Blue eyes are thought to be stunning. Grey and blue eyes are native to the westerners. Asians have mostly got brown and black eyes. Women often enhance their eyes using cosmetics and beauty products.

I think everybody can have beautiful eyes. All you need to do is be happy, live your life to the fullest. Be satisfied and content. Do good always. You will surely have happy and hence very beautiful eyes.
